We collect the minimum information needed to provide Fast Brix!:

  • Account info: Email address, username, and date of birth (for age verification).
  • User content: Photos and videos you choose to share to Pip's Gallery.
  • Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device.
  • Usage data: Basic interactions (Pips, reports) to operate the service.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Fast Brix! is designed for all ages. We comply with COPPA, GDPR, and LGPD.

  • Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian provide verifiable consent.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
  • Parents can review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's information.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the Fast Brix! experience.
  • To display shared builds in Pip's Gallery.
  • To moderate content and enforce community guidelines.
  • To communicate with parents regarding their child's account.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Your profile is anonymized and credentials are permanently removed.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication.

7. Your Rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, port it to another service, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@americalearns.net. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7a. Lawful Basis (GDPR)

  • Contract: account creation, gameplay, and shared builds — we need this data to provide the service you asked for.
  • Consent: marketing cookies (Meta and Reddit pixels). You can accept or reject these on our Cookie Policy page.
  • Legal obligation: parental-consent records under COPPA / GDPR-K.
  • Legitimate interest: abuse prevention and basic security logs.

7b. International Transfers

Fast Brix! is operated from the United States. If you access the service from the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors where required.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, marketing cookies from Meta and Reddit to measure ads. See our Cookie Policy for full details and to change your choice.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive PI for inferences beyond providing the service.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Categories of personal information collected (last 12 months)

  • Identifiers (email, username, device ID) — to run your account.
  • Customer records (date of birth for age verification, parental-consent records).
  • Commercial information — none. Fast Brix! is free.
  • Internet/network activity (basic usage events, pixel events if you consent) — to operate and measure the service.
  • User content (builds you choose to share) — to display Pip's Gallery.

Sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers and internet activity with Meta and Reddit for cross-context behavioral advertising only if you accept marketing cookies. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

How to submit a request

Email support@americalearns.net with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We'll verify your identity using the email on your account and respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent with written proof of authorization.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
