1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast Brix (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Fast Brix is designed for all ages. Users under 13 years old must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account, in compliance with COPPA and applicable child privacy laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's use of the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Attempt to bypass moderation or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Content Ownership

Once you post a build image or video to Pip's Gallery, Fast Brix takes ownership of that content. We may post, share, reproduce, modify, or distribute the image or video on our own channels, social media, marketing materials, or any other media worldwide, without exception. We will provide attribution to the screen name (username) that posted the build. By posting content to Pip's Gallery, you agree that you are not entitled to any financial compensation or payment for our use of your build images or videos.

You may do whatever you want with your own personal builds — including photos and videos you created yourself — with or without attribution to Fast Brix. However, you may not use, copy, share, modify, or distribute builds posted by other users (builds you did not post yourself) in any way except as explicitly allowed by Fast Brix within the user-facing portion of the App.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fast Brix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
